Description

This traffic light is very frequently red for the east-west traffic with no vehicles going north-south, why is this? It is located too close to the 116 street traffic light and traffic can be unnecessarily disrupted for no reason, this will only get worse with holiday season coming. I drive this route every day multiple times due to working in this area and it is very annoying with no explanation. Also, there could be an advance left turn light at 116 street southbound at 104 avenue as I frequently sit 3 or 4 red lights before I get a chance to turn, poorly designed intersection altogether.
