Not more than one camping-type vehicle and/or boat may be parked on any lot in a HR-33, R-33, R-44 or R-88 zone. Such vehicle shall be parked or stored only in a garage or on a paved surface located no closer to the front property line than the front wall of the residence. Such paved area shall not be located within any required side yard or within five feet of the rear lot line. commercial vehicles in residential districts may be parked only in accordance with section 3.30.13 of these regulations.
