No customer service response through 644-3000 system regarding street light outages. Spent 40 minutes on hold to a system that I do not believe was working. The same prompt is also through the police department non emergency number. Contacted VA. Power and they gave city number to call for street lights. I do not understand why there was no phone response.

Issue of after 5 pm contact for street light outages is the major concern. Numbers given the public have no responder for after 5 pm.
Different number should be available for street light outages.
Street lights reported as out several months ago do work now.

Street light outages needing to be reported in the evening hours after 311 Call Center shuts down can be dialed to 804-646-8550. Also Non-functioning street lights can be placed onto SeeClickFix.com/Richmond using the Non-functioning Street Light category. Your concern with the 40 minute hold time has been reported to Richmond Care Management Team for analysis and review
