Description

There is no sidewalk in the 2048 Courtland Ave area forcing pedestrians to walk on the street. This is extremely dangerous at night when I'm walking home. I would like my tax dollars to go to creating a safe walking environment in my neighborhood. Starting with a sidewalk.
