Description

The area in front of our community is ONCE AGAIN being dug up by contractors for a utility company. There has been damage done to the irrigation and lighting that our community pays for. We understand that this area is zoned as a utility easement, but our community would like to know what companies have the right to dig this up and how we can hold them accountable for the damage that is done.
