Description

The roof to this building has been decaying for quite some time, but now the roof deck has rotted out to the point that it has collapsed between the rafters. My most recent trip past this property showed that the north sidewall is now buckling out, and the sheathing has started separated from the studs. This building looks to be in the early stages of collapse. Can the city do anything before this hazardous building actually collapses?
