If the pile of brush is on private property, this issue would be addressed by the Codes Compliance Department, and they won't be able to open a case without the exact address of the property where the pile is located. If the pile is by the curb/street, it's possible the Sanitation Department can schedule a collection, however once again, they'll need to know the address of the property - if you could please provide an address, we'll be able to proceed.
