Description

Traffic light will not turn green for cycle traffic turning from Pine on Whitaker Mill. Bike lanes not very useful when bikes prevented from getting to them.

Q. Please describe the nature of the issue. (i.e timing, signal head twisted, etc)
A. Traffic light will not turn green for cycle traffic turning from Pine on Whitaker Mill. Cycles must wait for a car to arrive to trigger the light.
