This duplex is in bad condition and the people that live in the house fight the entire community. They fight each other and the Police and fire department has been called to this residency several times, sometimes several times a day. The home owners in the community and the people in this community are scared to come out because they just start fights with the community. They have vandalize a resident of the community vehicle. She has had to contact the Richmond Police Dept. several times. Please can the City come out and check out this home and can they bring Child protective services with them because the Richmond Police said every time they come to the address there is no adult to speak with. The community is begging for the City of Richmond to help get this family better housing. The Police said if the community keeps calling this will be label as a nuisance. We are begging from help.
