Description

Our back yards flood, they have for years, but the last 5 years or so it is just getting worse. The alley is grated in such a way that it forces water into all of our yards during heavy rain. We literally have to use a pump to get the water out regularly during rainy season. French drains have not helped. Is there not a way to fix the alley so it is not high in the middle hence all the runoff is in our yards? No one has added a pool or any mounding dirt on either side of us or our neighbors so that is not the problem. Aldi my neighbors who do not pump the water out then become a breeding ground for mosquitoes and frogs. Please look into this or help with a solution. Thank you for your yime.
