This is ridiculous. You have no base to judge this off. Take your fear mongering elsewhere. Also I’d like to report the driver that is reporting this being as they are using their phone while driving which according to MN state law is in fact illegal.

Don’t let these outlaw drivers overtake our neighborhoods and run over members of our community. Be aware and watch these drivers constantly. Be a nosy neighbor and bother those that don’t need to be bothered.
