Thanks for passing along your (change in) experience at N 37th St and Vassault. It doesn't look like we have any recent traffic counts for the intersection, so we'll go ahead and get those scheduled for sometime this fall and while school (and related traffic demands/patterns) are in effect.
Once we have the count data, it then becomes one component of several factors and criteria (e.g., comparing the magnitude of the traffic volumes using both sides of 37th Street vs Vassault) that are evaluated for considering a change in intersection operation from two-way to all-way Stop control.
