Update from the Chief Inspector-Environmental:
Harford County DPW has placed the jobsite under stop work order. We are working with the developer as they make repairs to Ridgeley’s Reserves sediment control devices which were damaged and overwhelmed by the heavy rains on August 21/22. We are also coordinating with MDE as they inspected the area also. Once the County is satisfied with the repair work, the stop work order will be lifted and construction will continue.
