Description
The cement on the New Pinellas Trail North Project looks like it has sunk and it doesn't drain water after a rain storm. I rode my bike by this and saw this and came back two hours later and it was still holding water like this. You can tell just from the photo that it sunk down. There is a dirt road to the left of this for access for the power line people and a vehicles weight could have dropped that cement down if the dirt under it wasn't prepped right. I saw plenty of sugar sand in that area there before it was built and I am not sure if they prepped it to become hard or not.
There is two issue near the same area that flood but, I can't post two photos and I didn't want to have to write up a 2nd seeclick request. The other issue is behind me where I took this photo. It's at the bend on the trail before the crosswalk on the other side where the white vehicle poles are where the asphalt meets the concrete path. It doesn't drain well on the right of that at the very end of the asphalt. It's only in the right side of the asphalt that I'm talking about where it doesn't drain.
