They are violating Calif Muni Codes 9.08.160 Siting or lying streets, 9.08.170 Obstructing pedestrians. And from what I have seen 9.08.180 Alcoholic beverages on public street or on adjacent private property. Please look and read these. We all need to know the Laws, Ordnance's, Regulation and Statutes in dealing with the vagrants. The more we know the harder it is for the government agencies to ignore us. Has anyone running for mayor or city council mentioned how they would deal with this unbelievable problem. Can you here the crickets.
