As was indicated on 10-27-2014, this service request was entered as "Post to Community" and as such it is not automatically sent to the City of Toledo. On 10-27-2014, the complaint was entered manually by staff, and the property was investigated by the Division of Code Enforcement under Service Request ID number 55618.
As a result of this complaint, the property was investigated, resulting in several fines and a citation into Housing Court. After which Judge McConnell had the owner of this property sign a Disclosure and Release agreeing to have the property demolished. The Land Bank is now the owner of this property and it is scheduled for demolition on February 23, 2015.
As always, we take your concerns very seriously, especially when it comes to a matter of public safety in our neighborhoods.
