As I reported above, they didn't fix the cross walk activation buttons. Instead they activated the cross walk signal with every cycle of the traffic lights. It's VERY annoying (as a driver) to have to wait an extra 20-30 seconds when trying to cross or turn onto Robert Miller when there are no pedestrians present.

Some progress. The lights have been sped up by eliminating the "fix" mentioned above and the cross walk signals can be activated going up the hill, but they still cannot be activated going down the hill towards the mall.

It looks like they replaced the activation buttons so it's working fine now!
