Description

Between 186 and 188 Crest there is a ridge between the asphalt that was laid down on 15-October, and that which was laid down a few weeks ago along the edge of the road. The asphalt was either not compressed enough to join the edges together or there was not enough asphalt used to smooth this joint out. The job needs to be finished correctly.
