Description

This drainage ditch appears to have what looks like raw sewage waste, possibly from the recent Joe's Creek contamination and needs to be cleaned out. Also, when your employees mow the edge of the ditch why do they allow the grass clippings to be disposed of in the water in the ditch? Doesn't the City have PSA's that encourage residents to not let their yard clippings to go into the drain systems? Why should your employees be allowed to do this. These yard clippings prevent the flow of water which is causing the strong stench that comes from that ditch.
