The water is always there and has caused potholes and a sinkhole over the past year. Thanks for taking care of those problems but seems likely that this constant water erosion is the cause.
The alley is in need of much attention.... I realize it is costly to address the issue properly but a few loads of gravel would help tremendously with this alley and the alley behind 3000 block of W Grace St
Everyone seems to have missed the point. The water, which is constant, is causing potholes. If that's not clear enough. there must be a water main leaking. Imagine this Standing Water iced over in winter and garbage trucks sliding into parked cars and buildings.
At least I tried.

if this is a water leak problem, we will forward this to DPU water department to look at. This not a roadway problem.
