It seems that the whole block has become akin to walking their dogs to poop right in front of my home even my driveway and walkway which is behind a wooden fence. You cannot take a step once parking to get out of your car due to the poop that's everywhere. It stinks and there are flies everywhere. I have to wash shoes at least twice a week due to myslef, my children, or their father accidentally stepping in poop after we park. Can the property owner be penalized for not keeping the property clean and properly lighted so that it will be a discouragement to others who wait until the cover of night to come to our darkened home to let their dogs poop everywhere? He has told us to call police they have said tell the owner. I have no help other than to look to move to a neighborhood were others value their homes and respect their neighbor's and their property.
