I wonder if there's some video footage from one of the merchants: Taco Smell?(3535 35th Ave); MetroPCS (3615 35th Ave); or Laundromat (3410 MacArthur Blvd)? that might enable Enforcement to work w/OPD on recognizing who did it and charging vandalism? >:-(

It has to be vandalism, it's wild, the benches look cleanly cut with a buzz saw or something. I can't believe anyone would do this.
