Description

At the CV crossings shopping center there is a storm channel in the far back parking lot. it sort of runs behind the auto dealer and the far east part of the kohls parking lot. It is a rock based channel that runs out to the Otay Valley water way. That rock channel is full of trash, furniture, dog (or other) waste. It will eventually get into the water way. Please have that rock channel cleaned.
