  08/29/2022 - Noticed this morning that the rusty pipe is still a hazard next to the sidewalk. Did the City of Burlington find the rightful owner? Perhaps Able Glass or Cumberland Farms can use a Sawzall to at least cut it flush with the ground. Thanks!
