Description

Occupant has 11 dogs making noise and stinking up the entire neighborhood. Does Lorain have a cap on the number a dogs a person can have without a kennel liscence???

I dont have an interest in this, but..who owns and makes your house payment..YOU DO...who makes this persons home payment and who;s home is it? Their home...why dont you mind your own business with your family, YOUR home and let your neighbors alone? They own your house? you own theirs? so stop being a busy body and mind your own business..they may love the dogs and they are pets. Maybe you do something THEY dont like. volunteer to walk a dog the have, help them in some way, at least the dogs arent in the shelters ready to be gassed. When you have a neighbor who does not want your help and its not taken care of the dogs like neutering them, then we have a problem. Try about 14 dogs by now. When she tries to take them out @ 1, 3, & 5 in the morning they wake up the whole neighborhood. You will be signing a different tune.

What happen to Lorain? It use to be the best place to live! Every body use to work, every one was friendly,you could walk at night with some one or by yourself and nothing happend. I see everything is going downhill! What a shame especial for the people that run the city!!

with no kennel liscence I think the most a home owner can have is 4 dogs?

They should have a kennel lic with more than 4 dogs. Are they well kept with food and water?Are they backyard breeders? If there is any sign of cruelty please report to dog warden or Sheriff

there is really no law on how many dogs you have in lorain but i do know that you must have dog tags for all dogs living in the home plus if your breeding them you must have a breeder lic. On that note people need to mind there own bussiness because they live there not you and as long as there being taken care of you have nothing to say about it and calling the police over this is not a 911 issue so let them do there job and mind your own bussiness you have nothing better to do then to cause problems for others
