Description

I am an older woman and this is a dangerous intersection for us who can't run fast. After 9am, during the week, I get off MARTA bus 116 at the corner, on right side of Turner Hill Rd at Mall Parkway. Once I cross over Mall Pkwy to get on the side where I need to cross over Turner Hill Rd to get to RiteAid, I press the light many times for it to change and it never does. (I work down the hill in the Strayer Univ. bldg and that is the only section of Turner Hill at Mall Pkwy that allows you to cross with a Crosswalk light). However, no matter how many times you press for walk, it doesn't change. Tuesday. Sept 27 was my first time crossing there. I waited 5 or more minutes without it turning. I finally took a chance and crossed against the light that day and each day thereafter. This is bad if the weather gets bad because drivers may not see pedestrians crossing. I pray you can get this fixed soon. Thank you very much for all you do.
