The City does not maintain within the fences that separate the trail from the creek. Colma Creek and its canal are owned and maintained by the San Mateo County Flood Control District. Please forward service requests for anything within the canal to them. Their contact information can be found at https://www.smcgov.org/publicworks/flood-control-districts
If the graffiti you're referring to is within a City maintained area, like the Centennial Way Trail, we'll be happy to clean it up. If this is the case, please resubmit with some photos that can help us locate it, or a number to contact you. Alternatively you can call my office directly at 650-829-3836. The trail is quite long and is vandalized literally every day. We do our best to keep up with the graffiti but if some graffiti has been there since 2020 it must be in a place our workers don't notice as they go through the trail and we could use some help locating it. Thank you!
