Description

White car with three flat tires, it has been there for 6-7 weeks. Last time oi looked, there had been ONE ticket even though it has been in the location for several street sweeping days. I am trying to work in the area and it is difficult enough to find parking without having to compete with deadbeats such as this. Get it towed!
Although I gave an address of 565 Bellvue, that is because your web site would not recognize "Perkins and Bellvue intersection". The car is actually on Perkins.
