Description
A left turn lane is needed at light at the intersection of Indian river rd and elbow rd turning left from Elbow rd to Indian river rd. During the evening M-F 4-6pm, traffic gets backed up on Elbow Rd because it's one-lane and every other car is trying to turn left into heavy incoming traffic.
A temporary fix would be to lengthen the green light in that direction only.
