Description

These vehicles have been racing up and down my block for a month now. Going the wrong way on one way street and not obeying traffic signs. Not to mention speeding. There are a lot of children in my neighborhood and I am concerned for their safety. Also these bikes are parked on my property which is trespassing. They have them right in my fence. Oh and I have them on video from my ring doorbell if you need evidence.
