Description

The asphalt from Hanover Avenue from Lakeshore to Newton has been deteriorating for many years and has become dire. It is difficult to ride a bike without swerving to avoid potholes. There is one spot with a dip so deep near the corner with Newton that I need to drive only 5 mph in order to avoid scraping the bottom of my car.
