Light fixtures in place at entrance and along on ramp from Medical Center Pkwy. onto I-24 but light is out. At night VERY DARK and dangerous! Especially with barricades blocking view of oncoming traffic. If not familiar or bad weather very hard to see. Many accidents occuring. If the fixture is there why doesn't lamp work? Have witnessed many near accidents and travel that protion of roadway twice a day!
