Description

Would like to report a violation of the short-term rental policy requiring them to be owner occupied. I'm a neighbor to 77-79 Hathorne and have noticed guests coming and going on a regular basis to both units of this two-family. The owners are nowhere to be found. They even go so far as to advertise both untis available for rent on their Airbnb listing.
