Description
This makes no sense very dangerous. Put a sign in the middle so that both lanes can pass. In addition the next sign blocking the road is very dangerous as it’s before a slope and on coming traffic is hard to detect and if they are speeding it’s a head on collision. Any questions feel free to reach out.

Rosedale Road is a Mercer County Road. The work being performed that necessitates the closure of the road is being performed by Mercer County. The sign is intended to indicate that Rosedale Road is closed. Traffic should not be passing this sign, except for those who live along this portion of the road, and they should be using caution to bypass the barriers. Being an active construction zone, motorists should be reducing speed. There should be little oncoming traffic since only residents in this area are supposed to be using Rosedale Road.
Your concern will be forwarded to Mercer County and you can reach out to them as well.
