Around 3:30-5pm on every weekday ambulances sit on the *sidewalk* outside of the dialysis center on 42nd Street. This has been occurring for at least the past 4 years.

I'd like to correct my original statement - the ambulances actually sit idling all throughout the day, not at specific times and will idle for longer than 10 minutes at a time.
This is still occurring every single day, all throughout the day. It blocks the sidewalk completely from pedestrians and makes the entire area stink of exhaust.
