Description

During the nighttime hours, the traffic light at the intersection of NY Route 9R and Johnson Rd. always used to be GREEN when headed westbound towards Latham.

Now, in the past month or so, the 9R part of the signal stays RED when there are no cars whatsoever at the intsersection.

I think the timing was mistakenly changed when paving was done a few weeks ago.

Drivers continuing westbound on Route 9R should not have to wait needlessly when there are no other vehicles.
