Who applied the orange paint? Why are some holes circled and others not? Is F Street scheduled for repairs? It has been deteriorating since before the Lucky shopping center was built. F Street was heavily used by construction vehicles then and continues to be a main artery for delivery trucks and much other non-residence traffic. The few feeble attempts at repair have been limited to patches that crumble within weeks or a few months. F Street is long past due for a true, deep, effective (long-lasting) repair job.
