Description

The NEW TRAIL alongside of the Canfor Haul road is the issue here. Great finally a trail but, they 'neglected' to add a piece of the trail that leads onto the trail at 68th ave. People are forced to walk across the dirt/seeded grass? section there. When they had the equipment WHY did they not do it. They had done the same thing at the lights on HWY 40 and Kateri Drive last year. then had to come back and put a piece in. Does not make sense and a waste of good time. Also, along these trails, why are the walkways NOT CLEANED in the sloped sections at the crosswalks. They have always been filled with dirt/mud/water, snow/ice since they put these trails in. How is a person who is with a stroller, walker, wheelchair, bicycle, walker/runner to get through this. Then one has to step out of the crosswalk zone or go down a high curb.

thankyou.

Glad to see they are finally putting a trail alongside Canfor to the railway tracks, and hopefully they extend it to 84th ave so one does not have to do so much crossing at the lights.
