Eric, how have u tried to escalate with the city?

You mean what haven't I done? I reported long before ClickFix. I called and asked but was told about the 3-year delay on sidewalks... well twice and then some time has passed.

9/16/2014 - Service Review: Thanking your so much for your communication with Richmond City Government online. This matter for sidewalk repair has been investigated by Richmond DPW Sidewalk Mgmt Team (20020896540) and it was determined that sidewalk sections for 2820,2814,2812,2802 AND 2800 all will need repair. This section is a larger area than DPW Sidewalk Mgmt is allowed to handle so this concern has been forwarded for inspection and planning by DPW Engineering CIP (cityworks#-191698) and you can dial them direct at 646-0435 for to be placed on their mail out list once the estimate/plan is prepared.
