Description

There are rats coming out of the backyard of this house. The problem was brought to the attention of the mayor and the codes department back in July. To date nothing has been done. There is all kinds of junk, trash and garbage in this yard. There is a pitbull in the backyard that has previously attacked and bitten also. nothing was done about that either. THE RATS ARE GETTING OUT OF HAND AND THIS IS A HEALTH ISSUE. There are baby rats showing up everywhere.
