I have 1-3 inches of mud on my driveway because of this. No clean-up noted as of 3:20 PM.

I issued a stop work order and a violation notice to the builder. The builder said he would have someone out today to fix the overwhelmed silt fences and to clean the street and driveways. If this work does not happen before the notice time expires a court summons will be issued for every day it remains in violation.

As of 8:25 am no mud has been removed from my driveway

I have suggested to the builder that they clean the driveways that received mud, they indicated they would. If they fail to clean the roads and stabilize the site a court summons will be issued. If they fail to clean mud from the driveways, you are free to go after them through a civil claim. I can provide the contact information if that becomes the case. We have more mud in our driveways and on the street after last night's rain.

The Builder has put in additional erosion control measures and has crews cleaning the streets and driveways. I will continue to monitor the site. Issue is closed.
