Description

3-4 days ago, a 9 year old girl Ms. Avantika Vinay Bhattalwar, living in Dindayal Nagar passed away due to Dengue. Mosquitos are in abundance. There is a Nallah which used to be dry all throughout the year, except during the rains. Now it flows 365 days a year. Also rain water storms are a breeding place for Mosquitos. Please take immediate corrective action.

The answer you have given in comment, is same for all the posts. I am not too sure whether anyone is taking the note of it and is acting seriously or not. The untimely death of a 9 year old girl was highly unfortunate. Still we don't see any improvement or even efforts from the civil body.

Even the fogging machine spray is not done yet. Ideally NMC should contact the issue reporter and he/she should be kept in loop till the issue is resolved. Otherwise, this application is useless.

Thanks for your valuable inputs. The death of 9 year old is very unfortunate. Dengue condition
is currently under control. NMC health departments has taken series of steps to have contain the issue.

Can you elaborate on what steps you have taken in Dindayal Nagar, Swawalambi Nagar area? In spite of that fact that it's not raining now, the "Nallah" continues to flow as it used to before. There is no reduction in the number of mosquitoes. There was no flogging spray done. Superficial answer is not sufficient.
