Description

This steel plate is a slipping/tripping hazzard that has been left on the sidewalk under the L tracks immediately west of 935 W Dakin for years. The CTA crew working next to it Sunday on a replacement foundation noted they had no idea why it was there and it was not placed there by the CTA
