I used to email Traffic Engineering directly when I noticed issues with traffic signal sensors. Ms. Karen Brown was quick to respond with any clarifying questions and the issues were usually fixed by the end of the following day. She then followed up with an email thanking me for notifying her and what the fix was (usually a sensor reset). It would be great if SeeClickFix was as efficient.
