Description

A large tree is blocking the street light (A7891?) from getting through leaving a dark section of the sidewalk. This section is used for bums to drink, use drugs, and sleep. Often they are territorial and aggressive to passers-by. These bums are a public nuisance and present a public safety hazard. Getting more light to the area by trimming the tree (or even replacing the tree), along with other steps, will help make the area less attractive to vagrants. Thanks.
