Description

This park is out of control!! Empty bottles of alcohol everywhere. Bags filled with nips and trash tied to almost every bench. There have been numerous times that I have gone over there to walk my dogs during the early evening and there have been people passed out drunk on the grass. It blows my mind that this park sits directly in front of the Chelsea Police Department and that they don't take notice of this behavior. There has even been used needles on the ground and condoms as well. It's sad to see this park turn into such a ghetto environment. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!
