Description
The traffic light coming out of Humpton Road on to 340 is only green for a few seconds, while the light on 340 headed towards rt 30 by pass and business 30 stays green for a few minutes. This light has been screwed up since putting the light in coming off of the by pass at 340. Think we can get that adjusted or do we have to wait a few more years?

It's all about volume, Mr. "Humpton Road". The time difference between what 340 gets compared to the side street is relative to the number of cars using each road. You could use G.O. Carlson, and still come out ahead during peak hours.
