Description

Broken glass all along sidewalk Multiple areas of broken window glass along 40th St sidewalk btwn MLK and Telegraph Ave why can't the city maintain this sidewalk properly It is dangerous to walk, bike and use a wheelchair along such a dirty, glass-strewn sidewalk ?
