They made an effort to clean that up, but the hoodlum had it back to what it looked like in a couple days. There are still some good people in Chester, but it's the same few who do whatever they can to make the city look bad. It's a shame that there are some people who have to self diginity and encuragemtn to do better with their lives.

We would like police to patrol area overnight and make sure no one re-graffitis it.
