Description

Henrico should consider revising the grass median strip on Pump Rd south of intersection with Patterson Ave to include a dedicated left turn lane along with existing straight & right turn lanes. This will allow for shortening of the light cycle for that direction to benefit the other directions. Also, less grass to mow will reduce regular maintenance costs. Finally, of course the change will better enable those coming from the south direction to make it thru one light.
